The Ams are brother and sister Frank and Anna and they did it all by themselves; they made an epic debut album all on their own. The album transcends its only limitation(that not too many people know about them)and delivers what is a rich, descriptive and wonderful story telling that spans the entire album. The duality of The Ams experience is wonderful. Having written an album based on a fictional 60’s character, the music offers conflicting, urgent and tantalizing messages. From dark to uplifting, from new to being driven by its past, The Ams debut is an amazing experience for fans of music. The listener gets to go back and forth between so many emotions, but never away from the awe that is The Ams. It will be great to follow this gem of a band and hopefully get the chance to see them shortly on the road!
